About the Role
Traditional Home Care is a non-medical in-home care agency serving the Florence, SC community. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support agency operations in a flexible PRN role.
This position is ideal for an experienced RN seeking flexible supplemental income and a low-commitment schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client visits and assessments as needed
- Provide clinical guidance and support for care planning
- Offer periodic supervision and support to caregivers
- Complete brief visit documentation as required
- Collaborate with leadership to support safe, high-quality care
- This is a non-medical home care agency. Skilled nursing procedures are not required unless separately authorized.
Position Details:
- PRN / per-visit role

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Home health, hospice, or community-based experience preferred
